1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the international B2B trade services and product catalog offered by Aatheesh Global Trading Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us"), you ("Buyer", "Importer", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from submitting export inquiries or placing wholesale orders.
2. Wholesale Export Quotes & Pricing
All pricing quotations provided by Aatheesh Global are issued on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) Incoterms unless specified otherwise in writing. Quotes are valid for the timeframe stated in the quotation document (typically 15 to 30 calendar days) due to fluctuations in raw material costs, freight rates, and currency exchange values.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Custom Packaging
- Product orders are subject to item-specific Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) as detailed on product spec sheets or quotation agreements.
- Custom branding, laser etching, private labeling, and customized master carton packaging require buyer artwork approval prior to mass production.
- Production lead times commence upon receipt of confirmed deposit/advance payment and artwork approval.
4. Quality Assurance & Inspection Standards
Aatheesh Global enforces strict quality control procedures for all manufactured kitchenware, houseware, and utility goods prior to container loading. Pre-shipment third-party inspections (e.g. SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) are welcomed at buyer's cost upon mutual schedule alignment.
5. Payment Terms & Letter of Credit (L/C)
Standard export payment terms are either 30% advance deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 70% balance payable against Bill of Lading (B/L) copies, or an Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) issued by a reputable international bank.
6. Shipping, Freight & Customs Duties
Aatheesh Global is responsible for export documentation, customs clearance at Indian port of origin, and vessel booking as per agreed Incoterms. Import tariffs, destination customs duties, taxes, demurrage, and port handling charges are the sole responsibility of the importer.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from acts of God, strikes, port blockades, vessel delays, government embargoes, or unforeseen global trade disruptions beyond reasonable control.
